I have been busting my butt excersising and eating right. I do 2 hours of wii fitness a day and at night I do an hour of wii sports. I have not had any "junk food" in over 2 weeks and I hve only been eating 1200 calories a day or less. To begin with, I gained alot of weight (5 lbs) do to a significant change in my diet which caused bloating and constipation to begin with, but Now I am losing weight and gaining muscle. In the past 2 days I have lost 3.5 lbs and my muscles are really starting to show! I love my wii!!! If it wasn't for that, I'm not sure I would have been able to lose any weight at all!! Also, I feel so much better about myself!! I am starting to realize that this is not a hopeless battle, I can do this!!!!!!

Ok, so for the last couple of days, I have been busting my butt to try to lose weight. I have hardly sat down! House work, wii fitness, working, standing, and crunches and leg lifts and walking, and only 5 hours of sleep, and I also have not gone over my RDI which I have set lower than it should be, and I still have not lost any weight at all. I haven't eaten any candy or really bad junk food. My only down fall is the soda I drink. But still, I should have lost something and I haven't, instead I gained a pound!!! WTF?!?! How is that even possible!? I have been making sure to drink plenty of water and most days, I am under my RDI. What is going on with my body?? I am sooo angry!!!

Ok, so the mornings are a problem for me. I can't seem to get up and get motivated without drinking 2 damn mountain dews. I have recently gone from a 12 pack of soda down to 3-4, but I need to cut it out completely. But it is so hard to do. I wish I could find a way to wake up in the morning without having to drink soda. It is so unhealthy and fattening. I'm never gonna lose the weight that I want to lose if I don't figure something out. I guess I am just gonna have to cut back slowly cause I can't just stop due to the fact that i have been drinking it for 17 years and when I don't have it, I get severe headaches. Ugh, so frustrating!!
