2 words , o dear ! 2lbs up 179lbs , but I did expect it , I have had a few days off the wagon so to speak ! Lol
Back in the saddle come Monday though ! X
179.0 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
