You can do it! Don't fret, it'll get easier. Try drinking a glass of water instead of going for that cornbread. In my experience, sometimes my body doesn't know the difference between me being hungry and me being thirsty. Plus, it'll make you feel fuller, make your skin look great, and keep you adequately hydrated.

You should give yourself small amounts of the things you crave every day. I try not to have anything I KNOW i'm going to binge on in my house at all. If I have a craving, I'll go buy a single serving package of that thing. I do know that I have a huge sweet tooth, and I have a reasonable sweet snack every day. It helps me not feel deprived and it helps me avoid a disastrous situation. I like to buy the single serving tubs of ben & jerry's if i'm wanting some ice cream. Otherwise, I don't know when to stop. Also, if I have cookies or something that I can't really buy in a small package, I keep them at work so there's people that have witnessed that I have cookies and it makes me feel accountable to eat them slowly instead of having the box disappear in a day or two. lol. Moderation! Not deprivation! :) Good luck.
