Remember to try and keep under 1600 calories daily. That will be the best way to lose this weight w/out having to do too much excercise.

Make sure the calories are in good things... not fats.
Also, if you don't work out then you will loose weight but it will be lean weight and actually make you MORE unhealthy!! Working out helps you loose body fat... maybe you should check to see if your body fat ratio is good or bad... but it's just a suggestion...
