I need to eat more grass ( plant diet, green veges) ... - will start making social media friends with all kinds of cattle..lol
- possibly the only way to keep the weight down
150.1 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
