Still at 148.8 today, and my measurements that I take are all the same. However, I can some difference in my face as well as all-over (lost the back bra overhang). I'm losing inches and somehow it's not reflected in the measuring tape. Weirdest thing - that has never happened before. It must be less than 1/4" from everywhere. Even my scale fat percentage number is down by 2% (the thing is never exactly right but as I gain weight it goes up and as I lose it goes down), even though my weight AND measurements are the same.

I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing. About to do some P90X Shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps workout. I'm going to throw in some push-ups today, too! Then I'm going to have my strawberry protein shake with spinach and romaine lettuce. Yum!

Today we are going to the movies, so we picked up some jerky for me yesterday and I'll be taking some nuts with me, too. I haven't decided which ones, but I think I'll go with almonds. I'm going to measure everything out before I go that way I can just snack and not worry. :)
148.8 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! I am SUPER happy with this. I'm going to have to bump up my carbs a bit again today. I feel like I'm rushing things a little, but I keep reminding myself I didn't have to start on Induction, and I could have started at 30 or 40 net carbs. I'll have right at 30g NC today, but looking at my menu, I am LOVING the variety. I'm getting my 12-15NC foundation veggies most days, and I think the changes I am making are really good for me. Plus, I can always go back down a little if I have any issues. :)
