Have adjusted the Belly Fat Cure and am not eating more than 30 grams of fat and am limiting my calorie intake to 600-700 calories daily. Trying to get more protein and still following BFC and not having any more than 15 grams of sugar and no more than 120 grams of carbs.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 March 2011:
702 kcal Fat: 18.06g | Prot: 66.90g | Carb: 73.52g.   Breakfast: 1% milk with vitamins A & D, Cheerios, coffee with fat free half and half. Lunch: Strawberries, romaine, Portabella veggieburger, American Cheese Singles, Arnold Select Sandwich thins. Dinner: feta cheese, Chicken breast, Dole Spinach, Dole Italian Blend salad, Bolthouse yogurt Blue cheese dressing. more...
