190! I hit 190 this morning! Oh My God! I am so pumped up. Yes! Tonight going to hit the treadmill. Good luck to all out there. Don't give up!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
