was a bit disappointed to see the idiot box numbers this morning, but then I remembered that my "restarting" weight was a guess and that it was really a few pounds higher, so I feel better lol - still not much of an appetite with all the family crap, but like I replied to a comment from yesterday, I'll survive and life goes on!
