Glad to see a drop, even if it's only 3 tenths. It's still a downward trend!
268.7 lb Lost so far: 43.3 lb.    Still to go: 118.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Woohoo!!! Great job. Although, I know sometimes it doesn't feel so good being such a little number, but maintaining, or downward is always better than up. :D
