Almost suffered a Heat stroke after 26-mile of cycling during blistering summer sun. I should've brought more water or energy drinks to hydrate. Will stay cooler next time :)
153.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
