Disappointed to have put on 2 pounds.

Hitting an all time low of 143 pounds felt great. I felt like weight loss was achievable and that little weight loss really made the difference in my clothes.

Really going to make the effort from now on. Went for a brisk walk at lunchtime.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
