Made it through first four days of Isagenix cleanse and it actually wasn't too bad. Super excited to see the weight coming off. YAY!!!!! eight days to go!
159.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

You can do it!! Glad to hear you are doing well. I saw your weight profile today and was like - you go GIRL!!! The isagenix just gives you that jump to make it easier for you to want to do more, I try to get my friends to do it when they want to start losing weight because it gives fast results and helps to make you feel GOOD - QUICK. You can do it!!

I know - I can't believe I already more than half way through. Just the final cleanse this Saturday and Sunday. I'm happy to say that the skinny clothes came out of the back closet this week as my current closet contents are too big! Thank you for all your advice!
