Weekends are always a downfall. I went shopping with 2 friends and really felt my weight gain. I miss trying on clothes and having to check every angle to see how heavy I look.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
