Been eating a ton of carbs and garbage lately, not in excess, but still, more than I should. Time to buckle down! I'm not upset with this new weight, muscles tone/abs still in check, but... not super excited. I know weight doesn't matter, it's about how you feel and look, blah blah blah, but still! It's a shock. I haven't been 120 in over a year!

This was also mid day, after workout/breakfast/lunch.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I never weigh myself in the middle of the day for that very reason! Only morning weigh-ins for this girl... keeps things a little more consistent and true-to-life.. :)
