I need to stick to this diet. I wish I had somebody to help encourage me, but either way I know I can do it. This week, I've been working on eating smaller portions. I think it will really help me and give me more energy than I generally have. Over eating is a habit my hubby and I need to get out of, lol. We're going on a cruise in early May, I hope to lose about 20lbs by then. He and I are both working on similar goals. In the past two years we have both gained around 50lbs. Hopefully we can turn this all around and get our heads on straight. I wish we just liked the same food, lol

Good luck to you! I have a similar situation. I hope you do well. I find my husband less, rather than more, of a motivator! And I find the support hard to find too! If I can help or talk you through, or be in a friend in any way, I'm happy to!
