so who'd have thought it. i up my calorie intake, take more care of the macros and the scale goes in the right direction this morning!!!! OK so its nt a huge amount but it feels motivating that its going down slowly but surely. just need to focus onthe exercise soon and get this flabby body toned for Bikini season i might actually feel comfortable showing it off this year ;0)

i would love to see a picture of you in bikini :) me i would never dare, just naked in the sauna, but for all other purposes i'm dressed like an English catholic schoolgirl.
