Higher net carbs and sugar due to banana and muffin portions n was really tired so was tempted to eat for mre energy. Felt better after having afternoon coffee.
222.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 74.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
