Had a good week again ,I have lost another 2lbs this week so I am down to 177 lbs/12st 9lbs, Yeeeah! had some sweets this week but did them as part of my allowance so was all good ! Might have to change the batteries in my scales soon because I think it's losing the will ! Lol ,I have also taken up the art of dancing around the house ! Every little helps as Asda would say ! Hahah lol Xx
177.0 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
