It was good to see a loss today--three pounds for a not-so-perfect week. I generally lose several pounds the first week I begin a weight-loss program, so it's not surprising--just feels good to see the scale move down. Now it goes back under the bed to keep me off of it!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
