2282 kcal Fat: 92.12g | Prot: 123.27g | Carb: 254.32g.   Breakfast: espresso, milk, egg,  raspberry jam, kraft peanut butter smooth, Stone Milled 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Chicken Nuggets Breaded Cutlettes, red wine vinegar, sherry, soy sauce, tomato, pea,  butter, spinach, yellow pepper, Egg Noodles (thin). Dinner: Tomato beef pasta sauce, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Spaghetti Winter Squash, Chicken Nuggets, Tomato beef pasta sauce, Alfredo sauce low fat with cream cheese. Snacks/Other: special dark, wagon wheel, 1% Fat Milk, espresso, crispers, almond, orange. more...
