Late 40's father of 2 young daughters.
I eat a relatively healthy base diet, but have previously ate a lot of junk food as well! I had lost 21 lbs from Jan to may 2010, but I gained it all back since.
As my eating goals have been to eat natural foods as much as possible I think the Mediterranean diet is a good fit for me.
