I eat a relatively healthy base diet, but have previously ate a lot of junk food as well! I had lost 21 lbs from Jan to may 2010, but I gained it all back since.

As my eating goals have been to eat natural foods as much as possible I think the Mediterranean diet is a good fit for me.

wow, I gained almost all my weight back! I have to weigh myself more often and get back into healthy eating!

finally back on track. Refined carbs are the enemy not good fat. 3 meals + 3 snacks a day of healthy foods less 1000 calories and off comes the weight!
