I have been foolish in the past week in ignoring the necessity of having and following an eating plan. I am starting fresh again today and doing the things that I know work - keeping a record, planning ahead, preparing appealing meals, avoiding snacking, basically staying focused on my goals.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
