249.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1806 kcal Fat: 70.13g | Prot: 109.23g | Carb: 199.99g.   Breakfast: diet dr. pepper, water, gummy vitamins, fiber gummies, egg mcmuffin. Lunch: water, Grilled Dijon Chicken & Portobellos. Dinner: pepper, pillsbury reduced fat crescents rolls, kraft parmesan, romano & asiago cheese, tyson thin sliced chicken breast, Pomperian extra light tasting olive oil, kraft fat free cheddar cheese, french fried onions, del monte diced new potatoes, giorgio mushrooms, pictsweet mixed veggies, challenge butter, whole wheat flour, fat free milk. Snacks/Other: popcorn, emerald glazed walnuts, fat free milk, banana, Special K Cereal Bar - Chocolatey Chip Cookie. more...

Thank You! Moving on the my next goal...Being able to do jumping jacks for 1 minute straight & my weight goal of under 140...Here we go!
