This is the end off the second 3 days of my 3 day diet. I have been on it a total of 10 days and although I ate too much on my 1st 4 days, it was not a setback, but a learning experience. I will remember the results of what happened after my 1st 4 days and that will keep me from repeating it. It has been much easier doing this diet thanks to my wife who is also doing it. We are each others coaches. We talk about it at the lunch table (we work in the same office)and now we have 2 other people one who joined us this week and another who will join us next week. Fitness has become contagious.

My wife and I also canme to the startling realization that we spend far less money when eating right than we do when we are not eating healthy.
339.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
