Got official weigh in today. No change in weight from last weigh-in, but went from 26%BF to 25%BF (17.5" neck, 40" waist). WOOHOO!!!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
