192.5 this morning!!!! I'm so excited! Today is eating day, but will be careful. This is too great. I can see 190 in the horizon. Good luck to you all out there also. You can do it. I LOVE food and yet am losing weight.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
