inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.7 %

blood pressure and heart rate before getting up: 100/66 - 65 bpm

Big jump in weight but tomorrow will probably go down again :)


edit: Peanuts are definitely too easy to eat for the calories they have. I probably should not get anymore lol.

131.6 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You will don't worry:-)I've stopped eating nuts(except 10 almonds:-)) for that reason! I try to eat as much as possible for the least amount of calories but the problem is I'm left feeling hungry alot of the time because some of the things aren't very filling!!!

Thanks Ninaj! :) That can definitely be a problem. I was shocked by how many calories peanuts had because they really feel like nothing lol. Today I'm still maintaining my weight but I also feel my muscles all swollen up. I wonder if this has any part in that (I hope so lol) but we'll see ;) I'm testing this radical method to see what happens lol.

I always ended up losing the weight Ninaj, it just took 2 days heheh.
