hmm. worked out, ate almost an entire garden and up 2 lbs. Probably too much rice and wine with dinner. perhaps too much salt to causing some water retention.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
