I added my 2nd daily carb yesterday. Had a 1/2 cup of sweet potato with my dinner. I added in cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg and some onion powder...omg it was yummy! AND I lost 2 lbs over the weekend!!

Got up with the birds again today and took my morning walk. I walked 30 mins and covered a mile and a half.
Then taped up the shed my sons have been painting so they can paint the trim today. I then went and painted the trim around the front door...went to the chiropractor at 9 and now working on a slideshow from the school year....my roxio program keeps crashing and I want to get them off to my students.

My daughter's team lost in the championship game which was sad. But we keep telling them they made it to the last two which was awesome! They lost 3-1 to a very much bigger (height and weight wise) and more agressive team of girls.

You've been quite the busy bee. Great news on the 2 lbs. Sorry about your daughter's team. Lucky for her she's got quite a supportive mom.

I am going to try the sweet potatoes that way. I would not of thought of the nutmeg but that sounds yummy. Congrats on the 2 pounds... yeah for you to lose over the weekend.. that will be my goal this next weekend and you will be my inspiration.
