Since being on this site(FS)I have logged all my food intake. It definately makes you accountable for what you put into your body. I am now more aware of what I was doing to myself and now make the right choices by becoming more educated about my choices. In the end the choices will always be mine so its about time I became accountable and do something about it. I am ready for a new found me and to be happy, comfortable, and proud of the new transforming me. I am using this challenge to keep me motivated and hungry to compete with myself and reach my goals! Here is to no looking back, only looking forward and learning from everything I do to become a better and healthier me!
258.6 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you happen to have a Blackberry, they have a fat secret app you can download. It gives you access to food data lookup on the go. That was really helpful to me when I started on this site, especially when it comes to restaurants. Good luck and never give up. The best advice I have is that there is going to come day when you eat too much & sit around and be lazy too long. At least it always happens to me. The key is to not string two, three or four of those lazy days together. If you do, it will be a lot harder to get back on track.

You can do it girl! I know you can! Keep up the great work! I can't wait til the good weather when we can start going jogging. We have to try for at least once a week together. :)
