Peanut Butter Cheerios Rock!
For those who love peanut butter and can't afford the calories that go with it, I highly recomment Peanut Butter Cheerios.

Only 110 calories per serving (3/4 cup)!

I think they taste just like Nekot Lance Crackers, if anyone is familiar with those.
Just figured I would pass it on.
Very Happy

Back on track
Ended up going home and running 4 more miles yesterday afternoon with my marathoner wife (to be honest tough, she wasn't as much running with me and she was visible on occasion about half a mile ahead of me the whole time). My butt and thighs are telling me all about it today for sure, but it feels good to have gotten moving again. This time last year I was running at least 10 miles a week. You are all right, I can remember missing my run if I couldn't get out there and get moving. My body still seems to remember that.
Just fell off the wagon and evidently into a pile of cheeseburgers over the winter. Really is time to get back on track.

Back on track
Ran 2.5 miles yesterday, it sucked!

Ran 2.5 again today at lunch, didn't suck quite as much.

Here's to staying on track and hoping it won't take long to actually start enjoying exercise again.

My Butt
Welcome to my world.
I was diagnosed with a severe case of "No-ass-at-all" at birth. Until I figure out how to push some fat from my stomach around to my backside, guess there isn't much to be done about it except investing in a good cushion.

Slacker!
Didn't know I was, but I have always liked KY girls though!
