Got my BF read today with my mothers fancy dancy scale! It's the kind that you stand on, then hold on to the handles and it sends small, harmless electrical signals through your hands and feet, after inputting your age, gender and height. My measurements were:
Weight: 117 lbs
% BF: 17%
BMI: 21
Skeletal muscle: 46% (which seems super high?!)
Resting met: 1400 calories (which seems awfully low...)
Visceral fat: 4
Woop woooop! I know these aren't 100% accurate, but I'm not overly concerned, I just wanted a general idea. How neat!
FYI: I believe her scale in an Omron.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
