Thats what happens when you just give up and let go of all the work you do....Ughhh sooo disappointed in myself, oh well. I am doing phase one today and hopefully I can fit some kind of workout in my day again. I just found that working out in the morning holds me back from getting important stuff done. I've been working on a business from home, if your curious its a jewlery line. Your welcome to check it out on www.myspace.com/ladylisajewlery so i've been trading in the exercise hour to settle the kids down and work on that. I feel like crapola though. THen I think i'm bloated too, been drinking w/ friends alot on the weekends, bbq and stuff like that. I'm gonna try to eat right on the weekday's again. Ahhh lets see if I can do it. I feel good today considering I have done phase 1 today, but I gotta see what happens for dinner. I might give in to phase 2 for dinner. Chicken breast marinated in lemon peppercorn, mustard and beer. Maybe i'll substitute the beer for lime juice. Hope all you girls are doing great*

Keep your chin up...you can do this! I am with you on the letting yourself go part...been just laying low, but we both know we can do it and we will! Best of luck to you!

i'm there with you. I am so disappointed in myself. At least you are about 1/2 way to your goal! I'm right back almost worse than where I started. It is definitely necessary to focus - and so hard with the changing season of BBQs and cocktails! Let's try to be excellent during the week! When I see progress from the week it is easier for me not to ruin it on the weekend. Good luck and hang in there!
