up 1.2 # in 1 day .. what's up w that lol ate more but still under RDI!!! and at goal weight for now!! that is possibly till tonight if I get home in time we're going for a late v-day outing to a prime rib/ crab leg/ as seafood buffet! ! yummy !!! I can see extra workouts in my future nxt week, even with watching what I eat... ( although, we all gotta splurge at times right??) tonight's mine lol later peeps! !
130.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
