Was hoping to see more progress. But 1.4 pounds is something, I guess.
131.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well 1.4 for someone with 10 pounds to lose is like 8 pounds for someone who has 100 pounds to lose. The smaller amount you have to lose, the longer and harder it can be to take off. So 1.4lbs (that's about 6 sticks of butter/fat) is a lot for your fat cells to squeeze out. So what you actually mean is "Whoooo Hooooo, I lost 1.4 pounds"....Go me!!! Lol
