Week went well and I am really please with another weight loss especially as I am on this week so any loss is good going ! Haven't been well either so double thumbs up for that also ! I am now 179 lbs / 12st.11lbs !!!!!!!! Yeah me , 2 lbs off , down we go folks ! Time for my Sunday walkies with the family later Xxx
179.0 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
