I have really tried to improve my diet. No snacking after dinner this week. No buns for breakfast and only had a little cheat yesterday with dinner and a glass of wine. Will keep this up. Pleased with the results and feel less bloated and have had no stomach acid problems.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
