Second week on Weight Watchers and I've lost a total of 11 pounds. So far so good. The key? I think the key is measuring out the food as soon as I cook it into the proper serving sizes. Then if I want more than one serving I know how many points to count. I'm still over weight enough that I have a lot of points each day so I am not going hungry.

I've also found that I like Strawberry flavored Greek Yogurt and Dannon has a lite version. That's my go to snack. It helps fill me up and takes me a bit to eat it.

I still drink regular soda...what can I say. It's a habit for sure but I really do like it. I limit myself to 32 oz a day. That may sound like a lot for most people but that is cutting back on what I used to drink. After that it's all water. THAT is a challenge because I'm not a water drinker. It helps if I pour it into one of my cute glasses and keep an empty 2 liter filled with water by my computer desk. Then as soon as I finish one glass I fill it up. I don't think as much then on how much water I am drinking.

I've also started to vary my food more. Planning out two or three recipes to make in the week helps. Since it is only me, I also have to figure in leftovers.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks Suzi161. Have made a couple more recipes so we'll see how it goes on Wednesday when I weigh in again. Tonight I am having a regular size Jersey Mike's famous philly. It's a whopping 17 points but I have plenty points yet at this stage.
