GAH....just can't seem to lose any more weight, and despite being as low on the calorie scale as I can be without going into starvation mode, I don't know what else I can do considering with my medical issues I really can't do more exercises.....

Quite frustrated at the moment...
198.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Start changing things up. Try high and lower caloric days. Eat 1400, 1500, 1800, etc). High and low days will keep your metabolism going. Try eating 5 or 6 smaller meals with some protein at each meal instead of 3 bigger ones. Change up your foods. Change up your exercise. Add intensity to your training. Try interval training. Take a new class and try something new. Sometimes you have to shake things up.
