up and down we fluctuate, but when averaged out over the week it's right around 130, give or take so for now I'm fine with it. giong to be in the mid 60's this week, so back to my walking regime. maybe not 5 miles a day, but prob. very close lol. have a great week!!
129.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
