I'm going to RE-read the FLAT BELLY DIET book starting today. It has a food journal in it and last year when I started the "diet" I noted on 2/1/13 that I weighed 201.4 lbs. WoW That means I've lost 26 lbs in a year. I had no idea. That's allot of progress without any diet drugs - just changing how I eat. That book was a real motivator. I just need to get RE-motivated and off this plateau I've been on the last couple of months. Another 25 lbs down would be nice! :)

174.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
