Not surprised I was up a bit this week. Very good workouts with the exception of Monday, but I had 3 days over my max calories. I had 4 client meetings this week, so I ate out a bit more than I should have. I'm still softer than I want to be. I think I need to be more consistent with my diet...
DJ hit 11 months this week. We're trying to get Ryan to apply for a job a Jamba Juice. He's pretty much guaranteed a spot, I think he's just nervous and a bit lazy... Kate tried out for tennis, she'll find out Tuesday if she made it. And Megan continues to play well for her basketball team.
163.3 lb Lost so far: 23.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
