Enough, already. Time to get serious. Over flu, back to gym this morning before the n'oreaster! Vacation this week...going to lose some pounds this week. Going to follow The 100 by Jorge Cruise. Lost 30 with Belly Fat Cure in 2011, gained 12 back. I will do it!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
