Day 46:

Day after V-day. Didn't get any sweets so no temptation there! But the day before yesterday my boss bought two dozen timmies doughnuts. I have been CRAVING a doughnut binge, thank god I didn't touch any! And I've avoided muffins successfully too. Tough work, I can do it. Weight is taking a slow stroll downwards again, I won't consider this diet a success until I've managed past 165 which was my lowest last time. I need this.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Keep up the good work... I wish I had the same will power to say no to yummy treats, not a fan of doughnuts but cookies, muffins and chips are a down fall. So keep it up it's tough work
