well, my goal was and is 130#, as per agreed w/my Dr. and not really lower due to meds &physical problems. (she wanted 135#) lol I won that battle. and She'll flip if l tell her I'm much lower than that!! I've lost 3# just since Monday.
honestly tho I think the stress and sadness of my youngest moving out last Saturday has been too much and I haven't really felt like eating nor exercising. hopefully by Monday I'll feel some better and eat more and exercise to bring a pound or two back. I really don't mind fluctuations between 128-132, 133. so we'll see!! happy Valentine's day to all and have a good weekend! !
128.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations! Not sure what your doctor's problem is - they can lower med doses! Or maybe she is just jealous - LOL.
