better day yesterday, and I have been to the store twice and didnt buy my gummy bears. There is something in them that are addictive, I just know it! anyway, got rid of some of that water weight from all the sodium this weekend!
I'm gettin back on track!
185.2 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
