No surprises today. Yesterday was more than a rest day; it was a sleep day. I slept eleven hours and 44 minutes. I think preparing the yard, staying up late putting the new grill together, and hosting for the holiday caught up with me. Yesterday I ate under goal, missed my protein goal and some activity goals. 285 kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% // Sleep Goal met
