Took weight as soon as I got out the shower. BTW, what is the best time to weight yourself? (must Google)
221.6 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The best time to weigh yourself is right after you wake up and go to the bathroom. This is generally considered your most "natural" weight. If you do it like this each time you weigh yourself, it's like comparing apples to apples each time. The average person will weigh 2-4 lbs heavier prior to going to bed than when they woke up. What Urban said is what I do to. But the most important thing is consistency. If you weigh at night, do it every night at the same time, same clothes, same scale, same everything. Also realize that many things effect the scale such as hormones, sodium in food, carbs, medications, stress, lack of sleep, exercise, etc.

Many people weigh themselves first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom and before eating or drinking anything ;)
