1432 kcal Fat: 56.44g | Prot: 48.79g | Carb: 191.81g.   Breakfast: green peppers, onions cooked, milk 2%, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, reduced fat sausage jimmy dean, egg beaters, bisquick. Lunch: ghirardelli caramel, ghirardelli chocolate, popcorn smart pop. Dinner: basmati rice, almond slices,  white onions chopped, golden raisins, olive oil, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: ghirardelli mint, quaker chewy granola bar peanut butter chocolate chip, chex mix traditional. more...
